Vendor set up time Friday July 10th 12 noon-7pm & Saturday July 11th 6am-8:30am
**PLEASE pull up to your spot, unload, move your vehicle and then proceed to set up. Do not leave your vehicles blocking other vendors, buildings or driveways. Thanks!
Vendor parking is behind the 3 white buildings or on the racetrack after 8:30am.
PLEASE DO NOT park in the front field, it's for your shoppers.
All GREEN AREA is grass, please ensure your tents are properly staked and weighted.
Ensure 50 pounds of weight or more is attached to each tent leg.
Suitable weights can include: concrete blocks, rubber tent weights, water barrels.
Spiral tent pegs are encouraged.
There is overnight security on both Friday & Saturday nights, it is always advised to put side up overnight or lower tent. We are not responsible for anything missing or overnight damage. (nothing has ever happened in the past)
