➡️ Please arrive before 8:30am as the crowds arrive early and no moving vehicles allowed on the grounds after 8:30am
➡️ You are also welcome to come set up or drop off on Friday July 12th 12-7pm - we have overnight security.
➡️ Water is available at various outside locations
➡️ Extra vehicles must be parked on the race track after 8:15am

Mandatory Food Handler Certification for Special Events
The Health Unit will be visiting to ensure all forms have been completed and that certified food handlers are on site.
Please ensure one certified food handler, who is supervising staff, is on-site where food is prepared. Certified food handlers must provide a copy of their certificate when requested.
