PLEASE NOTE this application is only for FOOD VENDORS preparing food on site.
This is Art in the Barn's 10th year and we will have over 300 artists & crafters and typically 12,000 hungry visitors over 2 days. When selecting food to be served at our event we are looking to ensure each food truck or food service vendor is different from each other thus providing our visitors & vendors with a variety of choices.

FOOD TRUCK MUST ATTEND BOTH DAYS, JULY 12TH 9-4 & JULY 13TH 9-2, 2025.
Please have your food truck onsite by 8am each day.
Crowds typically start arriving at 8:30am and are hungry about 10am
VENDOR FEE = $300+HST for the weekend

Mandatory Food Handler Certification for Special Events
The Health Unit will be visiting to ensure all forms have been completed and that certified food handlers are on site.
Please ensure one certified food handler, who is supervising staff, is on-site where where food is prepared. Certified food handlers must provide a copy of their certificate when requested.
