We invite you to apply to be a vendor at our 6th Annual Art in the Barn Arts & Crafts Festival.
This event has quickly grown to become SouthWestern Ontario's Largest Summer Arts & Crafts show attracting both
visitors & vendors from as far away as Quebec, Michigan, Toronto, Pickering, Niagara Falls, Owen Sound & more.
We have built a reputation of having unique vendors selling high quality handmade merchandise.
Please submit photos and completed application as requested, failure to do so may result in disqualification of your application.
Please ensure application and photos are sent in the same email.
CURATED - This event is curated and therefore not everyone who applies is selected. When selecting exhibitors we look for unique items with quality workmanship, we also look for branding, signage, event set up & social media presence.
SELECTION PROCESS - We will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible, selection process is subject to the amount of applications we receive. Once informed of acceptance, we will require payment via e-transfer within 3 days (72 hours), if you do not pay your exhibitor fee within the 3 day time frame, we have the right to withdraw our acceptance offer without further notice or obligation.
CATEGORIES - We limit the amount of exhibitors in each category and we try to ensure the exhibitors selected for each category are unique and different from each other.
SPACE - Indoor exhibitors will receive a 6' table and a chair, each space will be 8'wide. Outdoor exhibitors space shall be 12' x 12'.
Limited electrical access is available inside & outside, please indicate on application if required.
CANCELLATION - Absolutely no refunds or credits after April 1st, 2022 under any circumstances. All cancellations made prior to
April 1st, 2020 will receive their full refund less $75 administration fee.
