Vendor set up time Friday July 11th 12 noon-7pm & Saturday July 12th 6am-8:30am I have overnight security on Friday & Saturday nights. If your vendor neighbour hasn't showed up by 9am Saturday morning, please feel free to spread out and share that extra space with your new neighbour 1 empty booth over :)
ALL VEHICLES MUST BE OFF THE VENDING GROUNDS BY 8:30AM EACH DAY. Typically the crowds start rolling in starting 8:15am.
PLEASE pull up to your spot, unload, move your vehicle and then proceed to set up. Do not leave your vehicles blocking other vendor booths.
ALL VENDORS must park in the designated parking behind the 3 white buildings or on the race track.
DO NOT PARK IN THE FRONT FIELD and DO NOT PARK IN THE HANDICAP PARKING - THANK YOU
SUNDAY TAKE DOWN - NO vehicles are allowed on the vending fields until after 2:20pm on Sunday. This is for the safety of our visitors and vendors. - NO EXCEPTIONS!! Thank You
