Vendor set up time Friday July 11th 12 noon-7pm & Saturday July 12th 6am-8:30am I have overnight security on Friday & Saturday nights. If your vendor neighbour hasn't showed up by 9am Saturday morning, please feel free to spread out and share that extra space with your new neighbour 1 empty booth over :)
ALL VEHICLES MUST BE OFF THE VENDING GROUNDS BY 8:30AM EACH DAY. Typically the crowds start rolling in starting 8:15am.
PLEASE pull up to the building unload, move your vehicle and then proceed to set up. Do not leave your vehicles blocking doors, buildings, outdoor rows or driveways. Thanks!
INSIDE VENDORS - if you are along a wall, there is most likely electrical access, feel free to bring fans if you like. If you are against a wall (except in the GENT HALL) you may use nails, staples, screws to adhere things to the walls but all hardware MUST be removed at the end of the show.
You may bring extra tables, bookcases, displays etc. Please ensure that all are able to fit within your allotted space.
ALL VENDORS must park in the designated parking behind the 3 white buildings or on the race track.
DO NOT PARK IN THE FRONT FIELD and DO NOT PARK IN HANDICAP - thank you!
